From the moment you get the keys to your new home, we’re on hand to help with any issues you encounter.
When you first step into your new home we’ll be there to go through a handover with you, we’ll explain how everything works and how to maintain your home so it stays beautiful for years to come. You’ll receive a Strongvox Home Buyer’s Guide which contains service warranties, certificates and practical information about your home, including our Home Warranty and Maintenance Guide.
The Home Warranty and Maintenance Guide (pdf download available above), is part of our carefully designed Warranty Programme to ensure we provide an efficient service and give you the knowledge to keep your home in good condition.
We understand that it takes time to settle into your new home and the drying out process takes six months, possibly causing new issues. If, after six months of completion, you discover new issues please complete a Service Warranty Request Form (pdf download available above) and send in to the Customer Care Team at Head Office (our Site and Sales Team are not able to deal with these requests).
Service Requests must be submitted in writing except in the case of an emergency, please refer to the Home Warranty and Maintenance Guide (page 31).
If you encounter a problem with appliances, please go direct to the appliance manufacturer’s service agent as these are not covered by Strongvox. See your appliance information leaflets for phone numbers.
