We’ve developed high density apartment blocks in urban areas, as well as lower density housing developments in villages across the West Country and would be interested in buying:
- Brownfield and greenfield sites
- Sites with and without planning permission (25–200 units)
- Short term strategic sites (2–5 years)
- Sites within 1.5 hrs driving distance of Taunton which includes Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon and Dorset.
As a private company we are able to act quickly, be more creative when it comes to securing deals (compared to larger companies) and our sign off procedure is precise and accomplished.
We’ve carried out a number of joint ventures with both landowners and housing associations over the years, as well as purchasing sites Unconditionally, on a Subject to Planning basis and through Option Agreements.
We’ve also relocated sports clubs and local village halls, where existing premises were no longer suitable. We worked extensively with clubs and communities to design and build new premises, as well as transform existing premises into homes which funded the new improved facilities.
