With homes selling fast at our edge of city site in Bristol, we met up with Francesca Coley, Sales Advisor at Laurel Hill, to find out a little more about what attracted her to Strongvox.
Francesca Coley, Laurel Hill, Sales Advisor
Can you tell us a little bit about your role at Strongvox?
I am lucky enough to look after the sales of the fantastic houses and apartments we have here and to make sure the customer journey is an enjoyable experience from when they first visit our Laurel Hill development to the handover over of the keys (the most exciting bit!). Obviously, as with any job, the day to day running of the sales office is key – making sure all our purchasers are kept informed and to also help and guide where needed. This usually includes advice with solicitors’ paperwork or their customer inspiration selections and much more.
Have you always worked in property?
I have worked in property for 9 years for a variety of developers. I really enjoy it and get great job satisfaction because every day is different.
Do you live close to Bristol?
I live in Williton quite close to Minehead, so it’s a commute up the M5 to Bristol! It’s great knowing the area as Laurel Hill is in a great position to explore the West Country. A gateway to the amazing beaches, country houses and attractions the South West has to offer.
What would you say is your favourite thing about Strongvox’s Laurel Hill site?
My favourite thing about Laurel Hill is it’s a smaller size development for this area and the houses have some really nice features and a brilliant specification as standard. The site has been cleverly planned to ensure it brings the best of city living without being overcrowded. We have some lovely residents that have already moved in giving it a nice community feel. Some are even sharing their journey on our Instagram.
If you were showing a potential buyer around the 4-bed Malvern show home, what would you describe as the highlights?
For me it would be the bridged access to the rear garden as this is such an unusual feature and the townhouse provides modern living with the kitchen and living area on the first floor, so it’s an easily adaptable house if you require another bedroom or simply to be able to work from home and use it as a study.
What makes The Chiltern house-type stand out?
The Chiltern is a versatile design and like The Malvern has a bridge to the split-level garden – the perfect entertaining space! Oh, and the 1,303 SQFT floor area allows for spacious living, whilst also being perfect for family gatherings, parties with friends or simply to relax in!
