Sandford and Congresbury Sales Centres set to re-open from May 21st

We will be re-opening our Sales Centres at Russet Copse (Sandford) and Cadbury Fields (Congresbury) from Thursday, May 21^st, in line with the revised Government guidelines.

The health and wellbeing of our team, our customers and other visitors to site and the local community is still our number one priority at Strongvox. We are therefore following the strict protocols issued by our trade body, the Home Builders Federation, which have been agreed as good practice with the Ministry for Housing, Communities & Local Government.

Visits to our Sales Centres will be by appointment only, for up to two visitors only per party, to ensure that we adhere to strict social distancing. We will also be offering a contactless experience throughout your visit to our development with hand sanitiser for use when entering and leaving the Sales Centre and disposable gloves will also be available.

Here is a summary of the measures we are putting in place to ensure your safety when you visit us:

• All visits to our Sales Centres are by appointment. Appointments can be made by either ‘phone or email
• On arrival at our Sales Centres, our parking areas will have every other space unavailable, so social distancing can be observed
• Our Sales Centres will be kept locked. There will be clear signage outside the Sales Centre which will provide guidance on where to wait for our Sales Advisor to collect you and other information about your visit
• Once the Sales Advisor invites you into the Sales Centre, social distancing will be observed at all times and there will be a demarcation line to ensure that no accidental breach of social distancing can occur
• There will be a hand sanitising point as you enter, which you will also be able to use as you leave. Disposable gloves will be available close to the hand sanitiser
• Our furniture in our Sales Centre will be repositioned to accommodate social distancing
• We will not pass any documentation or other items between us when you visit. If any documents need signing or returning to us, we will do this electronically wherever possible
• We will no longer accompany visitors into our show homes, which will usually be opened for you in advance of your visit so that your tour of our development remains contactless
• When you have finished your tour of our show homes, we will invite you to sit with us, at more than a 2m distance, so we can answer any questions you may have
• Between appointments, our team will use appropriate disinfectant cleaning materials on surfaces before the next visitors arrive.

Our Sales Centres re-open on Thursday this week and will then be open from Thursday to Monday every week, from 10am to 5pm. We will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
