We’re delighted to have been granted planning for our new development in Sandford, North Somerset.

Start on site is due in April to build a mix of 118 spectacular 1-4 bedroom homes which includes:

• 83 3 & 4 bedroom homes, mostly detached, including some 3 bedroom bungalows for open market sale
• 35 1-4 bedroom homes for affordable housing

We’re really proud of our community investment in the area which ranges from building a football pitch with parking to gifting a sum of money to Sandford Primary School. We’ll add more detail soon.
