Just think how much easier it will be to find everything you might want in one place and at the right price. No traipsing round the shops, collecting brochures, or even surfing the web. No endless price comparisons, scary quotations or lengthy fittings times. And best of all, because everything you want is scheduled into the building programme, it’s all completed before you move in, so there’s no upheaval either.

Our 'optional extras' range includes superb appliances, ceramic tiling, carpets and curtains, lighting, and a great deal more. Obviously the sooner you reserve the more choice you’ll have, because it all depends on the build stage reached – and sometimes the house type or plot.
