Strongvox Sponsors Local School 05/11/2009

This year we were presented with a great opportunity to sponsor a ‘green’ project at Taunton School.  The project involved a team of 36 pupils who took on the challenge of designing, building and racing an electric car as part of the National Greenpower competition.

We understand energy efficiency has been a heavily publicised topic for many years and an area we take very seriously.  So, we were thrilled to get involved and help support a local school in educating these kids about energy efficiency in a really fun and inspiring way.  The cars looked great and we were pleased to find out the team was awarded the best newcomer and the best presented team!

We hope Taunton School participe in the event next year and will be pleased to support them again.
