Strong Market Interest 05/11/2009

During their early stages of development we hosted our first site visits to prospective buyers at Alvington Place and The Pavilions.  Wearing hard hats and wellington boots, our ‘Hat and Boot’ events gave visitors a chance to wonder the site, looking at our prospective plans…

We had a team of staff at the events offering advice to over 30 visitors at the sites where we received great feedback.   They also created huge interest leading to reservations on 6 plots!  We are so pleased with the reservations we have taken already, long before the show homes have even opened.  This proves to me that confidence is returning if buyers are willing to commit “off-plan”.

Alvington Place will soon be the first development to open its show home to prospective buyers this year and The Pavilions early next year.  We are also pleased to announce that our development in Bristol; Church View, has now sold all its houses and Regency Mews in Taunton has now over 50% of its houses sold.
