Sales Success Regency Mews Taunton 31/03/2009

In the first three months of 2009 there has been a fantastic increase in the number of sales and visitors at our flagship development, Regency Mews in Taunton.

We are delighted that the first quarter of 2009 has proved so buoyant that we will have 6 of our new houses occupied by the end of May 2009. This is in stark contrast to last year when obviously confidence reached an all time low and sales were non existent. We are today seeing renewed interest from many potential purchasers that visited us last year but had decided it was best to wait. Those we are seeing today can see the real value that these fabulous houses represent - we have even had to work hard to stop some potential buyers fighting over specific plots!

Many of our buyers are moving into town from the country keen to benefit from Regency Mews unique location in the heart of the conservation area yet within easy walking distance of Taunton town centre. The new houses require much lower maintenance and enjoy much greater energy efficiency.

The site now looks amazing and if you had visited the site last year but decided to wait and see now really might be the time to arrange to come and see us again!
