New Showhome Opening at The Maltings Ilminster Somerset 16/03/2009

Strongvox will be opening a brand new four bedroom show home on their incredibly successful development at The Maltings in Ilminster Somerset on Saturday 21st March 2009. The first phase of the development has all been sold and the opening of the new show home marks the release of phase two.

The location of this development of new homes is very close to the centre of the town and all local amenities are within easy walking distance. The site consists of two,three and four bedroom new houses all built to a high specification and all of the homes come with car parking. 

In total the site is made up of 35 new houses / apartments and there are only 8 new houses available.
