Luxury new developments in Somerset 01/04/2010

We are thrilled to announce that work is underway at our two new sites, South Petherton and Cossington in Somerset adding to our growing portfolio in the South West.

South Petherton, is a beautiful chocolate box Village in the heart of Somerset.  The exclusive development, named Millbrook Court will consist of nine properties, six 4 bedroom detached houses and three 2 bed barn conversions – all designed to the highest specification with great attention to detail, blending seamlessly with local architecture.  The houses will offer luxury features including under floor heating, solid oak doors and staircases with the kitchen boasting Belfast sinks and granite surfaces.

Our second new site, named Manor Court is located in Cossington, a picturesque village in Somerset on the edge of the Polden Hills and the Somerset Levels, between Glastonbury and Bridgwater, just three and a half miles from the M5 motorway.  The development, will feature forty-four 2, 3 and 4 bedroom high specification houses.

Both developments are currently underway with the Show Homes open in September and completion due early 2011.
