Kingswood Trading Estate, Bristol

A group of industrial buildings in the centre of the Kingswood District of Bristol have been purchased for residential redevelopment.  The site will be re-planned to provide 57 flats and associated amenity areas. The site was purchased unconditionally by Strongvox and we have improved the planning permission to increase the number of apartments from 48 to 57.
