Strongvox have secured a planning consent to develop 40 houses in the middle of this very popular village, and will also be building a new village hall.  In order to create enough value in the scheme to fund the new hall Strongvox has increased the density from 16 to 40 dwellings and eliminated significant planning gain.  At long last, and after a decade of hard work and hope, Cossington will realize its long held cherished ambition and open its new village hall for business (and pleasure!)
