Brixham Cricket Club, Brixham

Strongvox were approached by the Club to investigate the development potential of their cricket field; subsequently Strongvox secured planning consent for 57 dwellings on the cricket field, purchased a re-location site and obtained planning permission for a County Standard Cricket Pitch, outfield, 300m2 pavilion, car and coach park. Although the entire process took some 4 years, on completion the Club moved from a 3½ acre site to modern facilities, with a 10 acre pitch and a substantial cash dowry.
