The owners of this site submitted a planning application in 2001, a resolution to grant consent was made in 2002 but due to complications in Land Assembly a consent was not issued.  In 2008 Strongvox purchased the site unconditionally, resolved the ownership issues, negotiated the release of the planning permission and have subsequently made a further application for 40 dwellings.
