Ian Latham

Ian started his career in the construction industry as a bricklayer for Thomas Lowe Homes (part of the Tarmac Group) in Derby.

In 1983 he joined the Tarmac Homes Bristol & West region and moved to the South West, working his way up the ladder from Assistant Site Manager to Site Manager in a very short space of time.

Ian joined the Prowting Homes South West region as a Senior Site Manager in 1999, progressed to Area Build Manager and then Regional Production Manager prior to the acquisition of Prowting by the Westbury Group.  Ian continued to oversee the build team as Production Manager for Westburys before joining Strongvox Limited in January 2005.
