History

Strongvox Homes was founded in 2004 by Robert Alford and Adrian Nicholson. Both had been senior directors of Prowting Homes, which in 2002 was sold to Westbury Homes, one of the UK's largest home builders.

Missing the dynamic environment of a smaller developer, Robert and Adrian left to set up on their own, and Strongvox Homes was born with Adrian as Managing Director and Robert as Land Director.

Sadly, Adrian passed away soon after the formation of the new company. In 2007, Toby Ballard, who had formerly been with Bristol-based Linden Homes was approached, and became Managing Director in January 2008.

Strongvox Homes has seen strong growth in recent years and is optimistic about the future. It enjoys considerable financial stability with substantial financing from private individuals and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
