Strongvox is a privately owned company and as such we are very passionate about making sure that our customers are satisfied. Our team will be available to deal with any queries that you may have with your new Strongvox home.

Within seven days of reserving your new home we will carry out a post reservation checklist with you. At this meeting we will run through with you all of the plans, drawings and specification of your new home.

Before you move into your new home we will have inspected the property to make sure that it meets our demanding standards. Before completion we will offer to meet you at the property and carry out a full and detailed home demonstration of your new home including the heating system and the appliances.

We will also provide you with emergency contact details just in case there is an emergency out of hours.

New Home Warranty

Your new home will come with a 10 year structural warranty provided from either NHBC or Zurich. We will provide you with all of the warranty documentation on legal completion of your new home.
